RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At THARZO, every product is prepared and printed specifically for our customers. Therefore, we request you to read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not entered the printing or dispatch process.

If your cancellation request is approved within this period, you may choose either:

• A full refund to your original payment method.
• A change in size, color, or order details (subject to availability).

Once the product enters production or shipping, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

RETURNS

Since our products are custom printed and made to order, we do not accept returns due to:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected by the customer
• Change in design preference
• Personal preference after delivery

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available if:

• You received the wrong product.
• You received the wrong size from our side.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

• Order cancelled within the eligible cancellation period.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Product damaged during delivery.
• Manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.
• Order cannot be fulfilled by THARZO.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom printed products
• Used or washed products
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
